Join Allied Universal at a busy retail and mall location as a Front Desk Officer, where you will welcome guests, manage access, monitor cameras and alarms, and document security-related activity with clear communication. You will respond to calls for assistance, support tenant and visitor needs with customer service, and help coordinate with site teams.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and vendors at a front desk location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Control access at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes as required, and maintaining a professional presence.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to management and/or emergency services per post orders.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, and other building systems as assigned, and report unusual activity through approved communication channels.

+ Complete detailed shift activity reports and other required documentation, including visitor logs, incident reports, and key control records.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
