Band Saw Service Repair Technician
We are looking for a Band Saw Service Repair Technician who will have their own truck to travel locally and make repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on manual, semi-automatic, and automatic bandsaws.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Assemble, wire, test, and commission new bandsaw machines at client locations.
- Document service calls, get replacement parts numbers for order, and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
Core
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
- Deep understanding of electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Strong customer service, independent problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, a clean driver's license, and willingness to travel.
