We are looking for a Band Saw Service Repair Technician who will have their own truck to travel locally and make repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems on manual, semi-automatic, and automatic bandsaws.
- Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Installation: Assemble, wire, test, and commission new bandsaw machines at client locations.
- Reporting: Document service calls, get replacement parts numbers for order, and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands‑on experience maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical schematics and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong customer service, independent problem‑solving abilities, and communication skills.
- Requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs, a clean driver's license, and willingness to travel.
