ULB-DRY WATERPROOFING INC is looking for skilled and experienced Waterproofing Technicians to join our growing team in Villa Park, IL! This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your expertise in a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality waterproofing solutions to homeowners and businesses. Responsibilities:- Install interior and exterior waterproofing systems, drainage systems, and sump pump solutions
- Perform crack repair, wall reinforcement, and foundation sealing on residential and commercial properties
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify moisture intrusion, water damage, and structural concerns
- Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings, and sealants according to project specifications
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently on job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
- Prior experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or a related construction trade required
- Knowledge of interior/exterior drainage systems, sump pumps, and waterproofing membranes
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and working in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
