Database Engineer

Description

TEKsystems is looking for a database engineer for a full time role with one of our clients located in the western suburbs of Chicago. This role needs someone with Azure Automation, Powershell and DBA skills. It is a hybrid schedule a few days/week on site.

• Sql, Database administrator, Sql server, Tsql, Sql development, Azure, Cloud, ci/cd, azure data factory, Ssis
• Proficiency in two or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Java, C#, Type Script, Power Shell, or Scala.

Permanent position based out of Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

The pay range for this position is $ - $ per yr.

Benefit plan year is January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The benefit package includes health, dental, vision, and retirement contributions up to the applicable limits. 401(k) maximum employee deferral:

- $24,500, - $32,500 if age 50-59 or 64+ in 2026, - $35,750 if age 60-63. Employees earning more than $150,000 and age 50 or older must make Roth catch‑up contributions.

This is a hybrid position in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
