The Warehouse Assistant at Haimer USA is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking and recording incoming goods, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and conducting cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified).
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• Associates Degree
• Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
