Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Aaron Overhead Doors -- Villa Rica, GA

Aaron Overhead Doors is growing! We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team in Villa Rica, GA.

This position plays an important role in keeping our customers happy, our technicians productive, and our daily operations running smoothly.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer texts.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments.
• Dispatch technicians and communicate schedule changes or delays.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, lead times, warranties, and service needs.
• Schedule deliveries, warranty work, and callbacks.
• Send thank-you messages to customers after completed jobs.
• Handle after-hours calls for our 24/7 emergency service.
• Process credit card payments when needed.
• Perform general CSR and clerical duties.
• Coordinate technician shop hours, including warehouse organization, cleanup, deliveries, and parts pickups.
• Assist management and operations as needed.

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, text messaging, and CRM/scheduling software.
• A positive team player who takes ownership and follows through.
• Garage door experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
