Lead Operator

Pactiv Evergreen -  - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate blown film machinery, including extruders, dies, air rings, cooling systems, and winders;
Monitor and adjust machine settings (temperatures, speeds, pressures) to optimize production performance and product quality;
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of the plastic film and identify/resolving defects;
Collaborate with Inventory Resin Control to ensure availability of raw materials and supplies for continuous production;
Maintain equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, perform minor repairs, and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the facility;
Enforce standard operating procedures to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality control, maintenance, shipping) to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery;
Perform other duties as assigned
