$10,000 Sign On Bonus - External Hires Only
The LPN is a new graduate or a nurse who has not practiced nursing within the past five years. The LPN functions under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN provides nursing care, performs basic nursing procedures and administers medications once competency has been determined.

Licenses & Certifications- Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
- Healthcare Provider (CPR)
- NOTE:
ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab. - NOTE:
NRP within 6 months of hire into Nursery and L&D. - NOTE:
PALS within one year of hire in PACU - NOTE:
BLS required within 30 days of hire. - NOTE:
SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke. - Qualifications as designated in Nursing Clinical Ladder Policy.
