Kindred at Home is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse in Villa Rica, GA to provide admissions, ongoing case management and follow-up visits. You will work under the Clinical Manager to implement and adjust plans of care for home health patients, coordinate with physicians and other health professionals, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
A valid RN license and CPR are required, with one year of nursing experience preferred.
