The Frog Golf Club – Villa Rica, GA 30180.
Golf Shop Attendant.
Responsibilities- Assisting the Lead Golf Professional in planning, promoting, and directing all golf activities.
- Assisting the Lead Golf Professional with all tournament operations.
- Notifying the Lead Golf Professional when supplies are low/needed.
- Completing customer transactions.
- Greeting and assisting customers with all needs between arrival to exiting property with a positive attitude and knowledgable information.
- Assiting the Lead Golf Professional in the upkeep of the shop, merchandise and inventory.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sales systems.
- Understanding of Club financials.
- Evaluation of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Knowledge of shop inventory.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment that is typical of this position.
- Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling.
- Frequent repetitive motions.
- Continuous standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the golf shop.
