Foreman (Commercial Painting)

• Leading and supervising painting & pressure washing crews on commercial and industrial projects
• Planning daily work, setting crew expectations, and keeping jobs moving
• Overseeing surface prep, painting, coatings, and pressure washing
• Stepping in hands‑on when needed to support the crew or solve problems
• Communicating daily with Superintendents and customers
• Managing tools, materials, and equipment usage
• Leading weekly toolbox talks and enforcing the Job Site Safety Plan (JSSP)

• Prior Foreman or Lead experience in commercial painting or construction
• Strong leadership — crews respect you because you know the work
• Comfortable being both leader and doer when the job demands it
• Organized, reliable, and safety‑minded
• Clear communicator who keeps jobs on track
