Job Description Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Design:
Develop and implement network strategies that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, resilience, and future growth. - Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects, engineers, and other team members. - Network Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of network solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements. - Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot complex network issues, identify and remediate performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal network performance. - Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with various teams, including IT, business, and vendors, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and performance metrics. - Stay Current:
Keep abreast of the latest network technologies and industry trends.

QualificationsLocation: Onsite
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, networking, engineering, or a related field or an equivalent amount of hands‑on experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or Minimum of 8 years of IT infrastructure experience without a degree.
Certification (Preferred): Cisco (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE), Fortinet (NSE 4–8), or equivalent enterprise networking and security certifications.
Skills- Hands‑on experience designing and supporting large‑scale enterprise and datacenter networks.
- Strong understanding of high‑availability design, redundancy models, and fault‑tolerant architectures.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco and Fortinet switches, routers, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers, and access points in enterprise environments.
- Advanced Routing & WAN Technologies:
In‑depth knowledge of BGP, dynamic routing protocols, SD‑WAN architectures, and multi‑path WAN designs. - Network Security & Access Control:
Strong security mindset with experience implementing 802.1X, AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+), and secure access models. Understanding of Zero Trust principles as applied to enterprise networking. - Network Monitoring & Visibility:
Experience with enterprise network monitoring platforms such as Zabbix or similar tools. Ability to design actionable alerts, dashboards, and performance metrics. - Network Automation & Configuration Control:
Experience automating network configuration deployment, standardization, and backups. Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Ansible, Python, REST APIs, or vendor automation frameworks). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible. - Patching, Vulnerability &
Risk Management:
Proven experience managing network device patching, firmware upgrades, and vulnerability remediation. - Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Expert‑level ability to troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and firewall issues. - Documentation & Communication:
Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
