Receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week, ensuring minimum damage while maximizing hatchability;
Thoroughly clean and sanitize entire hatchery, including equipment and ducts;
Operate tray wash and/or separator machines to maximize throughput with minimal product damage;
Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control;
Follow management requests and SOPs to support hatchery operations and maintain team morale
