CSew-Production Worker

Summary

Primary duties will be conducive to what job title they are performing.

• Production Worker-1 must be proficient in bundling, cutting, spreading, wrapping and staging pallets, loading Gen III shipments, shipping and receiving bowling orders, receiving and unloading fabric shipments, unloading other shipments as needed.
• Follow all agency and OSHA safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow agency attendance policy.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Must be trained and certified on forklift.
• Responsible for following a schedule of and performing preventive maintenance on all cutting department equipment (example: changing cutting blades, resetting parameters in the cutter software, cleaning all working parts of equipment).
• All other duties deemed necessary.
• May be required to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and, if required, lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Additional hours if needed are mandatory.

• Possess ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e., overtime, alternating lunch and break schedules when needed.
• Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
