• Position: Locum Tenens CRNA - General Anesthesia (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
• Location: Vincennes, IN
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,920 - $8,350
• Start Date: May 1, 2026
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days (7:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-5:00pm)
• Call
  
  Schedule:
  
  Weekday call (5pm-7am) once or twice per week; 24-hour weekend call; post-call day off for weekday call
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes
• Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed for full week coverage)
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 60-90 days (temporary privileges available with clear background and malpractice history)

• Minimum 2 years of recent CRNA clinical experience in anesthesia care
• Active, unrestricted RN and CRNA license in Indiana (Indiana licensure required)
• Enrollment in INPCF required
• ACLS certification (AHA issued)
• Proof of 250 case logs per year for the past 2 years (including epidurals, spinals, and peripheral nerve blocks)
• Clear background and malpractice history for credentialing

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care across a broad case mix:
  General, Endoscopy, Orthopedics (including joint replacement), Urology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, and Radiology with anesthesia
• Perform regional anesthesia techniques: spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Manage perioperative anesthesia care, including patient assessment, airway management, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Participate in call rotation and respond within 30 minutes as required
• Collaborate closely with MDs, CRNAs, and Anesthesia Assistants to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Document accurately and timely in Epic EMR and adhere to institutional policies
