Sycamore Care Strategies is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide(CNA) for a full-time day shift position.

Responsibilities for this position:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with mobility andtransfers
• Provide emotional support andcompanionship to patients
• Document patient care and observations accurately and timely
• Report any changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse
• Follow infection control andsafety procedures

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification
• Experience working in a long-termcare facility preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 poundsand stand for extended periods of time
