Position: Full Time Assistant Store Manager (Store 5861)
Game Stop - 632 Kimmel Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests while addressing questions and concerns;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of Store Manager;
Assist in setting guest service expectations and train store associates in policies and guidelines;
Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with scheduling guidelines;
Ensure store is clean, organized, merchandised, and inventory-controlled per company guidelines;
Process transactions accurately using POS system and balance daily totals;
Support Omni-Channel order fulfillment and daily shipping;
Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete administrative duties;
Maintain store records/files and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
