• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy—no guesswork, no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Execute panel and structural work and return bent, twisted, or torn parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; fit and finish matter and make the final difference.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow location safety standards.

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail.
• Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
