Responsibilities- Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy—no guesswork, no shortcuts.
- Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
- Execute panel and structural work and return bent, twisted, or torn parts to factory specs.
- Ensure quality reassembly; fit and finish matter and make the final difference.
- Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow location safety standards.
- At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
- Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
- No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail.
- Physically fit for the job; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
