Job Duties:

  • Fill and deliver Patient Specific Orders obtained thru EPIC.

  • Fill and deliver Central Service Storeroom order.

  • Patient Sales.

  • Maintain Crash Carts.

  • Put away daily stock and on distribution delivery days.

  • Responsible for rotation of dated supplies using first-in/first out methodology. Purges all outdated items from the storeroom on a routine basis.

  • Maintains emergency management supplies, rotates dated stock and inventories daily.
  • Rotate inventory as needed through storeroom and 7th floor storage.
  • Assist in helping with stock on and 7th floor storage.
  • Labels “special handling” items in the storeroom and checks overage pallet daily for items that need to be stocked.

  • Assist as back up for par carts.

  • Secondary

    Job Duties:

  • Fills and delivers all storeroom orders on a weekly pick list.
  • Assists with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Maintains the storeroom in a clean and organized manner, and removes all boxes and trash accumulated each day.
  • Removal of outdated items from the storeroom before expiration date.
  • Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the storeroom, including shelving units, bins, and floor.
  • Assists with par cart orders.
  • Assist with placing Storeroom orders.
  • Assist with building numbers in the Material Management System.
  • Help maintain physical signage in storeroom and other areas of overflow storage for conversion and substitutions.
  • Maintain current records regarding product substitutions and conversions.
  • Assist with picking orders and function as a backup for receiving.
  • Qualifications

    Job Specifications:

      :
      High School diploma
    • EXPERIENCE
      :
      • Supply Chain experience preferred
      • Must be able to stand and walk for extended hours at a time
      • Must be able to lift 25+ pounds on a regular basis
