We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk / Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing vehicle titles and registrations and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership or automotive office environment.

• Process and submit vehicle titles, registrations, and tag work in a timely manner
• Verify accuracy of all title documents and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Maintain organized title and deal files
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and DMV offices
• Post vehicle deals and handle basic accounting entries
• Provide general office support as needed

• Previous automotive title clerk experience preferred
• Knowledge of DMV procedures and state title regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in dealership software systems
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
