Administrative AssistantVineland, NJ, US
Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly
We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our Workers Comp team. Core responsibilities include:
- Maintain Workers Comp patient electronic medical records
- Upload Workers Comp patient documents to electronic medical records
- Chart prep all Workers Comp patients and ensure proper documents are in place for the office visit
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Provide back up support as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
- Candidate must have a High School Diploma
- Workers Comp experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Multi-tasker
The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, computer skills, and must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly disposition.
