Construction Surveyor

NE Consulting Service LLC, a division of Northeast Precast (NEP), is seeking a full-time Construction Surveyor with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to join our growing team in Vineland, New Jersey.

Vineland, NJ

$35-45/hr based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Overtime opportunities may be available based on project and business needs.

Full Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt

• Operate GPS and robotic survey instruments.
• Utilize digital and automatic levels and perform level runs.
• Perform construction layout and stakeout work for active construction projects.
• Work independently or as part of a one- or two-person field crew.
• Use or learn Carlson and Trimble data collection software and equipment.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction personnel.
• Maintain accurate field notes and survey documentation.
• Support project timelines and scheduling needs, including overtime when necessary.

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction surveying experience.
• Working knowledge of GPS and robotic survey equipment.
• Experience with construction stakeout techniques and practices.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
• Experience with Civil 3D is a plus but not required.
