Superintendent, Construction

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team in Vineland, NJ. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Responsibilities Manage daily on-site operations and coordinate activities among various trades.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion of milestones.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Data Center exp a Plus Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Supervisory Experience OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
