What you’ll own Daily field coordination and subcontractor sequencing

Safety enforcement and adherence to regulations

Schedule tracking, milestone verification, and budget awareness

Stakeholder communication and jobsite meetings

Routine inspections for quality and progress

Issue resolution and escalation when needed

Project documentation: daily logs, photos, and reports

What sets you up for success

Demonstrated superintendent (or similar) experience in construction

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes

Confident leadership with clear, timely communication

Hands‑on proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in construction management or similar preferred OSHA and First Aid certifications are a plus Background with data center work is a plus Expertise we value

Supervisory experience OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
Vendor and supplier management
