Christian / Catholic School, Education Administration
Bishop Schad Regional School, located in Vineland, NJ, is a PK-8 Catholic school committed to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ through its academic and community life. Rooted in the presence of Christ, the school provides a learning environment that integrates Gospel values with intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical development. Its mission emphasizes the formation of students as intellectually mature and morally responsible people of faith, vision, and purpose, while fostering a strong sense of respect, cooperation, and care for others within a safe and supportive environment.
Guided by a belief in the dignity and potential of every child, the school seeks to meet individual needs through relevant instruction, critical thinking, and creative expression. Serving a socioeconomically diverse community, including a significant population of bilingual students and families, the school embraces this diversity as a strength that enriches its academic program and faith community. The school is seeking a principal who will work under the direction and vision of the pastor to provide strong leadership in forming students and families as disciples of Jesus Christ through the religious, academic, and community programs of the school and parish.

The Catholic elementary school principal is responsible for the overall direction of the school in Catholic Identity, Academic Excellence, and Operational Vitality. The Principal works collaboratively with the pastor to ensure the sound management and Catholic Identity of the school.
