A bachelor's degree is required. Experience teaching and/or working with middle schoolers is strongly encouraged. Must be willing to get ACSI certified or state certified after the first year.
Salary range is typically $30,000-$40,000, but a significant tuition discount is available for those wishing to enroll their children in the school. A significant salary increase plan is in place over the next five years as well. Health insurance is available for full-time employees.
