Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the research, design, and development of innovative new products and sustain engineering programs. Join our team to make a significant impact in a collaborative environment.

• Research and design new electrical products and systems.
• Lead development projects from concept through to production.
• Sustain and improve existing engineering programs.
• Design and validate both analog and digital circuits.
• Identify and troubleshoot electronic components such as transistors, resistors, and diodes to the component level.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of industry experience in electrical or electronics engineering.
• Proficiency in the use of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards.
• Ability to troubleshoot to the component level.

• Experience with FPGA and RF engineering.
• Background in power engineering.
• Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.

Our company is a small, family-owned business with around 100 employees, including an engineering team of eight skilled professionals across disciplines such as quality, manufacturing, software, mechanical, and electrical engineering. We offer one-on-one training and a supportive team environment, providing ample room for professional growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of VINELAND, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
