Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing experience

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations. This highly visible role partners closely with operations leadership and combines traditional finance responsibilities with hands‑on manufacturing analysis.

• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances
• Maintain and improve standard costing processes
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reporting
• Support month‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Lead inventory reconciliations and support cycle counts and physical inventories
• Partner with plant leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑saving initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls and support process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Finance or Cost Accounting experience
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Experience supporting manufacturing or food production operations
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI experience preferred
