Respiratory Therapist - Nights Schedule
This position offers a night shift from 18:45 to 7:15 (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM). Travelers must be available Monday through Friday, with every other weekend and holiday required. Days of the week may vary based on the manager's needs.
Job DescriptionThe Respiratory Therapist is responsible for delivering patient care through the Respiratory Care process. This involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery, aiming to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
- Must have completed more than one travel contract; prior travel experience is required.
- Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) required. - Active RRT credential from the NBRC and active Respiratory Care licensure by the New Jersey Board of Respiratory Care required.
