Note    :
PALS is a requirement and candidate must have in hand prior to starting.

Schedule    :
Traveler must be available m-f, every other weekend, every other holiday.

Days of week vary as manager needs.

RRT Overview:

this position is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Respiratory Care process of assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing and evaluating.

Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery towards the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Experience Requirements:

5 years min experience preferred Must have completed more than one travel contract, travel experience

Required Certs:

BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) required.

Active RRT credentialed by NBRC and active Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey board of Respiratory care required.

First Day Instructions? /Orientation:

Failure to complete the full orientation will result in immediate termination- once scheduled,  candidate does not have the option of rescheduling any classes.

Candidate will receive an email directly from client the Friday before the Monday start. The email will contain the following information;

They will receive instructions for signing on to the    Virtual Welcome  meeting and online    Health Stream Module  from Human Resources sometime prior to 8:30 on Monday. Monday GEO will be Virtual from their own computer. The modules assigned must be completed by Monday or they will be removed from the orientation list.

In person class schedule list - Typically Tues-Thurs- these classes are held in multiple locations. The location may not be listed in the original email, candidate is required to use    Health Stream  to determine class location day of. Please Note
* The POCT class will required to attend and is not during orientation week.

Unit based orientation  schedule from manager.

Badge  - instructions on how to make an appointment t o receive their  in person. Photo submissions are not permitted. Must be complete during orientation. The Badge is required for clock ins.
