Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a well-established consulting firm in the Vineland, NJ area, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be part of the HR department supporting the entire organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000

• Manage all aspects of human resources, including policy implementation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Administer employee benefit programs such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, providing support for employee inquiries and enrollment processes.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness, with experience in ADP systems preferred.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support talent acquisition efforts through recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a small to mid-sized business environment.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey and federal employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ADP payroll systems is a plus.
