Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Northeast Precast (NEP) is now hiring for a Construction Cleanup Crew Lead to oversee a small team of 3–4 cleaners.
We are expanding operations and need dependable leadership to help keep our work areas safe, organized, and ready for production each day.

This is a hands-on leadership role
. The Crew Lead works alongside the team while maintaining accountability, communication, and coordination with other departments and trades. Most work is performed indoors at our Vineland plant
, providing a consistent, year-round work environment.

The Construction Cleanup Crew Lead ensures that the plant and surrounding work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
This includes overseeing the daily activities of the cleanup team, assigning tasks, checking results, and keeping communication open between supervisors and other departments.

• Lead and motivate a 3–4 person cleanup crew to complete daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• Assign priorities each morning and track progress throughout the shift
• Coordinate with supervisors, production teams, and maintenance to schedule cleanup tasks safely around other work
• Keep aisles, walkways, and storage areas clear of debris and clutter
• Ensure all waste, scrap, and materials are properly collected and disposed of
• Operate and train others on basic cleaning equipment (shop-vacs, brooms, floor scrubbers, etc.)
• Promote accountability, attendance, and a clean-as-you-go culture
• Monitor and report unsafe conditions or recurring issues to management
• Maintain compliance with all safety and PPE requirements
