Job Title: Pack Lead / Industrial Bakery Manufacturing
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Starting Pay: $24/hour
Reports To: Production Supervisor
AboutThe Role
Bridor USA is seeking a Packaging Lead to oversee the operation of our bread packaging lines at our industrial baking manufacturing facility located in Vineland, NJ. You will ensure production runs smoothly, maintain product quality, lead and train team members, and uphold all safety and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise packaging line setup, operation, and adjustments for optimal output
- Monitor all Critical Control Points (CCPs) and report deviations to QA or supervisor
- Minimize product loss and ensure continuity of production
- Lead, coach, and train line personnel, including new employees
- Report mechanical or operational issues to the supervisor or maintenance team
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas
- Complete daily production reports and track production metrics
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production
- High School diploma or GED
- 2–5 years’ experience in a factory or production environment
- Basic bakery knowledge and understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC standards
- Basic computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in noisy, cold, or flour‑exposed environments
- Fixed schedule: may include days, evenings, and nights as needed
