What You’ll DoYou’ll play a key role in bringing high-quality bakery products to life by supporting the full production process:

Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards at every stage of production

Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients for production runs

Mix and blend ingredients according to established formulas and specifications

Set up, calibrate, and operate production equipment for efficient runs Monitor processes to ensure consistency, quality, and performance targets are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment alongside your team

Use ERP/MRP systems to support inventory tracking, production scheduling, and workflow accuracy

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help make our processes even better

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking individuals who are ready to grow, take ownership, and build a long-term career:

Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or production environments

Strong understanding of food safety and quality assurance practices

Hands-on experience with measuring, weighing, and ingredient preparation

Familiarity with mixing, blending, or batching processes

Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (or ability to learn quickly)
Ability to set up and operate production machinery

Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right wayA team-focused mindset with good communication skills
