Production Manager
This Manager is responsible for providing leadership to ensure employees demonstrate appropriate work skills, safety practices, quality standards, technical accuracy, efficiency and conformity to company policies.
Responsibilities- Adjust and optimizes equipment based on production needs while conducting routine visual inspections to ensure safe operation
- Establish and enforce SOPs and ISO 9001 standards to maintain product quality and consistency
- Lead team performance by setting daily priorities, communicating production goals, and ensuring employees are properly trained
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes, track material usage and waste, and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- 5 years of experience in a glass manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
- Proficient in basic computer programs
- Ability to understand and speak Spanish is preferred
