Production Machine Operator

Multiple Positions Available Due to Expansion — We Are Growing!

Location:

Vineland, New Jersey

Required Work Schedules

Candidates must be available to work one of the following overnight schedules:

  • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | 4:45 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
  • Thursday, Friday, and Saturday | 4:45 p.m.–5:00 a.m.

Candidates must also be flexible and willing to work other shifts when business needs require.

Related Experience Is Required

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have previous hands-on experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment. Food or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. Applicants without directly related machine-operating or manufacturing experience will not be considered.

About the Role

Bridor USA is hiring experienced Production Machine Operators to support the continued expansion of our Vineland manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for safely setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment; performing basic troubleshooting; maintaining product quality; and accurately documenting production activity using computer-based systems. Candidates must be comfortable working with both manufacturing equipment and production software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery.
  • Perform equipment start-ups, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and performance targets are met.
  • Communicate equipment or production issues to leadership and maintenance.
  • Enter production information, track runs, document downtime, and complete digital forms using computer systems.
  • Accurately measure, weigh, prepare, mix, and blend ingredients according to established formulas and specifications.
  • Ensure products meet company food safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Use ERP/MRP systems to support inventory tracking, production scheduling, and workflow accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, sanitation, and maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous hands-on experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Candidates without directly related machine operator or manufacturing experience will not be considered.
  • Experience setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate production software, enter information accurately, and complete digital documentation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical and operational issues.
  • Experience measuring, weighing, mixing, blending, batching, or preparing ingredients.
  • Understanding of safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable attendance and availability to work one of the required overnight schedules.
  • Flexibility to work other shifts based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Machine operator experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with food safety and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
  • SAP ERP experience is strongly preferred.
