Ground Transport Registered Nurse (RN)
Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ground Transportation team in Vineland, NJ. This role involves delivering age‑appropriate care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics. The position includes a pay range of $45.58–$60.35 per hour and a $20,000 sign‑on bonus for all eligible candidates.

- Deliver nursing care consistent with licensure during intra‑facility transports conducted by the SCTU service line encompassing the use of ventilators, balloon pumps, intravenous medication administrations, and other necessary medical devices, treatment methods, or therapeutic procedures required by patients during transport.
- Provide basic life support to individuals experiencing sudden illness or injury within the designated service areas of the EMS system and offer mutual aid support when neighboring EMS services or transferring hospitals request assistance.
- Exhibit leadership and critical care management skills for complex patients in either a critical care or emergency department setting.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including medical professionals, regulatory authorities, employees, and patients, and utilize communication systems to contribute to the optimization of SCTU operations.
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey required.
- BSN or MSN preferred; must be enrolled in an accredited BSN or MSN program within six (6) months of hire and complete within three (3) years.
- 2+ years of nursing experience required in one or a combination of any of the following: critical care transport, prehospital basic/advanced life support, critical care, and/or emergency department nursing.
- Must possess RN‑EMT certified as a mobile intensive care registered nurse (MICN), as indicated by N.J.A.C. 8:41; and the Coaching Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO); and Pre‑Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS, Incident Command 100/200/700/800) OR be eligible for certification within the 100‑day probationary period in all areas.
- AHA BLS, ACLS and CPR certification required;
National Certification in area of specialty preferred;
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Care for the Pre‑hospital Provider‑Advanced (PEPP‑A).
