Inspira Health in Vineland, NJ seeks a Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide staffing support across Vineland and Elmer medical centers' ICUs. You will deliver direct patient care in diverse ICU settings and may be reassigned to Step-Down units to meet patient needs.
Eligible candidates are enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire, with a NJ RN license and current BLS/ACLS credentials; minimum ICU experience of 3 years post-education is preferred.
