Inspira Health seeks a Float Pool ICU Registered Nurse to support staffing across Vineland and Elmer ICUs, ensuring appropriate coverage for patient volume and acuity. The RN will perform direct patient care in ICU settings and may be reassigned to Step-Down Units as needed.
The role requires enrollment in a BSN/MSN program within six months of hire, with graduation by the third anniversary. NJ RN license plus BLS/ACLS on hire are required; CC course completion is preferred.
