Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, performing opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with transactions, and complying with safety, environmental and security standards.

• Provide exceptional member service and promptly assist members as needed.
• Ensure the safety of people, property and environment while assisting members with gas station transactions.
• Monitor sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of restrooms and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor reporting, generate reports, and perform checklist procedures.
• Accurately perform opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee the fuel delivery process and perform required preparation procedures.
• Understand and comply with all safety and security features of the gas station.
• Inform management and help desk when any alarms are present.
• Perform cash drawer procedures including deposit, verification, documentation and control.
• Perform competitive price surveys daily and ensure posted gas prices and club signage match the POS system.
• Understand and follow spill bucket and spilled material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log all visitors and obtain proper e allowing entry into the kiosk area.
• Notify corporate office of any non‑routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

• Previous gas station operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Must be able to complete all required training.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.; long periods of sitting/standing; some bending.
• Occasional exposure to flammable liquids and strong smells.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position is $16.50 – $19.80 per hour.
