Job Overview

Food and Consumable associates focus on customer care and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.

• Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour.
• The actual hourly rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances. Premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
