Sales Representative, Inside Sales
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is an excellent communicator, active listener, and natural salesperson, with strong technical skills, who will become the backbone of an exceptional sales experience. As an Inside Sales representative you will report to the Vice President of our Contact Center and be responsible for generating sales appointments in Power’s nationwide offices, managing Power’s database of existing customers, internet contacts, and homeowners identified by our outbound Customer Development team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Produce a high volume of outbound sales calls in a dynamic environment
- Generate sales appointments for outside sales representatives
- Promote Power’s eco‑friendly products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Participate in department meetings and ongoing training
- Attend Leadership Conferences and Power Initiatives
- Provide customers with best‑in‑class service
- Strive for a 5‑Star service review
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (in office and remote)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivation, mental fortitude and discipline
- Computer skills
- Adaptability to new technologies and evolving communication methods
- Ability to maintain cooperative relationships with diverse personalities
- Exceptional patience and active listening skills
- Meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high‑quality sales and customer service
- Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $50,000 to $70,000
