Entry Level Sales Development Specialist

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, is hiring Entry Level Sales Development Specialists to help grow our bath, window, door, and remodeling projects. In this role, you'll contact warm and cold leads, qualify homeowner needs, and schedule in-home or virtual consultations for our sales team. You'll learn to explain remodeling solutions, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate CRM records. Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify homeowner leads for remodeling projects via phone, email, and online channels
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand homeowner needs and project timelines
• Schedule in-home or virtual consultations for the sales team
• Accurately update and maintain lead and activity records in the CRM system
• Educate prospects on Renuity's remodeling services and value proposition
• Follow up on marketing-generated inquiries and past leads to re-engage interest
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity, appointment, and conversion targets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and messaging
• Represent Renuity professionally and uphold a customer-focused, high-quality brand image
