Borrelli Construction, LLC specializes in the construction of pre‑engineered metal buildings, cold‑form buildings and post‑frame (pole barn) structures. We are a family‑owned and operated business which has been serving the tri‑state area for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced construction laborer to join our team. The basic function of the position is to assist in the construction of pre‑engineered metal buildings and post‑frame wood structures (Pole Barns).

This role requires familiarity with commercial construction and property‑maintenance work including landscaping, metal‑stud framing, carpentry, concrete and masonry work. A reliable individual willing to wear multiple hats is desired. All workers are hired on a 90‑day probationary period after which they will be offered benefits.

• Assist tradesmen with carpentry, concrete, ironwork and other trades.
• Construction site clean‑up and property maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of company equipment.
• Handle landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal and site clean‑up.
• Light demolition work and removal of materials.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training provided if required).
• Pick‑up and delivery of building materials.
• Operate manlift, boom and scissor lift; experience is a plus.
• Adhere to safety procedures and commit to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Attend and participate in all required safety training and toolbox talks.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in the construction or landscaping industry.
• Reliable and have own transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a pre‑employment screening including background check, drug test and physical.
• Valid and clean driver’s license; CDL license is a plus.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required.
• General knowledge of hand tools, power tools and lawn maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs and into equipment as required.
