$18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Borrelli Construction, LLC specializes in the construction of pre‑engineered metal buildings, cold‑form buildings, and post‑frame (pole barn) structures. We are a family‑owned and operated business serving the tri‑state area for over 30 years.

We are seeking an experienced construction laborer to assist in construction of pre‑engineered metal buildings and post‑frame wood structures. Familiarity with commercial construction and property maintenance work, including landscaping, metal stud framing, carpentry, concrete, and masonry work, is required. All workers are hired on a 90‑day probationary period after which benefits will be offered.

• Assist tradesmen with carpentry, concrete, metalwork, and other trades.
• Clean construction sites and maintain property.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of company equipment.
• Perform landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, and site clean‑up.
• Carry out light demolition work and remove materials.
• Operate forklift (training provided if required).
• Pick up and deliver building materials.
• Operate manlift, boom lift, and scissor lift (training provided if required).
• Adhere to safety procedures and commit to a safe work environment.
• Attend and participate in all required safety training and toolbox talks.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or landscaping.
• Reliable with own transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass pre‑employment screening, background check, drug test, and physical.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL license is a plus).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required.
• General knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and lawn maintenance equipment.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and into equipment as required.
