Assist in utilities maintenance (HVAC, wastewater, etc.);
Complete all necessary documentation of activities (log entries, leak reports, etc.);
Ensure operation of utilities machinery and mechanical equipment by performing maintenance according to diagrams and manuals;
Troubleshoot malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation and performing repairs;
Perform preventative maintenance and install equipment on utility systems
