Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, is seeking an experienced Master Plumber to support bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home renovation projects. In this 1099 role, you'll handle residential plumbing installations, reroutes, and repairs, ensuring all work meets code, passes inspection, and aligns with Renuity's quality standards. You'll interpret plans, coordinate with install crews, and deliver professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes. Ideal candidates bring strong technical skills, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship, with 5+ years of residential plumbing and an active state plumbing license.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations for bath, window, door, and full-home remodels to code and manufacturer specs
- Diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues, ensuring quality workmanship and minimal disruption to homeowners
- Read plans, scope projects, and coordinate with remodeling crews to complete jobs on time and within standards
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and Renuity quality standards
- Provide professional, customer-focused service, explaining work and options clearly to homeowners
- Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a safe, organized, and efficient manner
- Complete documentation, photos, and reports for each project using company systems
- Support and mentor junior plumbers or helpers on best practices and safety
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional homeowner experience
