Youth Counselor - Peaceful Tomorrows (5764)
Sign‑On Bonus
Eligible for a $500 sign‑on bonus upon hiring.
Location: Vineland, NJ
Status: Full Time
Salary: $58,000 to $68,000 per year
Position Summary: Provide assessments and counseling using TF‑CBT and psycho‑educational services to children, parents, and families in Cumberland County who have experienced domestic violence. Services include individual and family counseling.
Duties and Responsibilities- Complete training in TF‑CBT
- Administration and scoring of parent/child assessments
- Preparation of diagnostic histories involving the collection, analysis, and recording of significant social and personal factors
- Provide clinical services using the modalities of TF‑CBT individual and family counseling and psycho‑education
- Complete documentation and other reporting requirements in a timely manner
- Adhere to program goals, methods and interventions
- Participate in weekly case review meetings and/or individual supervision
- Participate in development and planning of sessions
- Participate in weekly agency collaboration team meetings
- Adhere to policies and procedures of CFS
- MSW or MA in a related human services field
- Licensed (LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC) or license‑eligible
- Knowledge in the area of domestic violence
- Experience working with children and families
- Clear communication in both written and verbal form
