Vineland PCH is a transitional residential facility for young men ages 17-21.
Duties- Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities
- Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth’s structured routine while collaborating with youth’s case manager, clinician, and prescriber
- Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Observing, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviors
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred. Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency.
3 years or more experience with a high school diploma working with youth in a behavioral group setting.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Schedule:
Weekdays or Weekends Full time/Part time or On-Call.
Vineland PCH is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), a behavioral health and social services agency caring for at-risk children and families through therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs in NJ.
